Update the ring’s firmware when you see an exclamation point in the top right corner of the app’s device management screen.
Place your ring on the charging stand and check that the LED light is red or green. Then tap the exclamation point on your smartphone screen and follow the instructions.
If the LED light does not turn red or green, read our troubleshooting tips.
If you see ‘failed to connect’ or ‘please try again’ notifications, reset your ring and reconnect it to your smartphone.
